What is your return/exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your merchandise within 14 days from date of purchase. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. CREDIT OR REFUND WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING (if applicable). ALL tags must be attached. ALL SALES FINAL ON SALES ITEMS.

Where do I send my return/exchange item(s)?
Please fill out and return the provided Return/Exchange Form with item(s) to:

Once we receive your items we will refund you through Paypal. This will take 10-14 business days.

We recommend that you insure your package and only return your package with UPS, FedEx, or DHL, which allows you to track your package. Returns CANNOT be shipped via USPS. Please write the return authorization number visibly on the outside of the return package.

What methods of payment does thebutik.com accept? At the moment, thebutik.com accepts payment only through Paypal.
